10 Fabulous February Cover Pages for Your Bullet Journal
With February right around the corner, it’s time to start preparing your bullet journal pages.
I love starting out each month with a cover page.
That way, it gives the month a fresh start. I can change up the color palette from the previous month or go with a completely different theme.
It’s hard to avoid the most popular February theme, Valentine’s Day, but did you know there are lots of other fun ideas you could incorporate in your February cover pages?
I’ve rounded up 10 creative cover spreads that you can try in your bullet journal.
#1. Valentine Envelopes
I couldn’t resist starting out with a lovey-dovey February cover page. This page from @nicole.josephinee features envelopes surrounded by candy hearts and leaf sprigs. The month is written in script on one of the envelopes and an adorable heart stamp completes the look.
#2. Dangling Hearts Plus
I’ve seen lots of dangling heart cover pages because they are so easy (and fun) to create. However, this one from @pen2paper_92 really stood out because she also incorporated a wreath design in the middle of the page that surrounds the word February.
Color in all the hearts with your favorite markers and your cover page is done.
#3. Cupid’s February
This February cover page from @lillianimation is absolutely over-the-top adorable and that’s why I had to include in this collection. Sweet cherubs and cupids adorn the page carrying banners, hearts, and flowers. Hints of color such as pink, rose, gold, and blue, make the page pop without being overdone. What really took my breath away on this page is the cutout edge - stunning!
If you’re looking to create a cover page with a “wow” factor for February, I hope this page inspires you.
#4. You’re a Peach
@Tara_n25 went with a completely unique look for her February cover page and I love it. It’s a peach themed page with sweet peach doodles surrounding the February title.
On the previous page is a neatly handwritten at-a-glance calendar for the month.
The spread has a lovely minimalist vibe that would look great in any bullet journal.
#5. Over the Moon
France cornered the market on love and this spread from @joesbullet is a reinforcement of that statement. This February cover page starts with a large crescent moon filled in with white hearts. There’s a ladder at the bottom of the moon perfectly positioned for a romantic getaway for the couple swooning on the top of the moon.
Just below this scene is a February at-a-glance calendar.
#6. Winter Cuties
February means we are still deep into winter. Spring is still a month away. So why not embrace the chilly month on your February cover page? @bujo.happsta created a sweet and memorable cover page incorporating her favorite things including cupcakes, penguins, and coffee.
The page is made by starting with the name of the month in large block letters. Then in the lower right corner adding an at-a-glance calendar. Finally, create dangling doodles around the block lettering. Color in the page or leave it blank - it’s up to you.
#7. Heart-y month
Embrace this romantic month just as @bujo_by_kate did, above. The page was created by writing February in the middle of the page. Then the top features a doodled ribbon adorned with hand-drawn dangling hearts. The bottom half of the cover page features an at-a-glance calendar created with heart stickers. The days of the month are written on top of each sticker for a sweet and festive look.
#8. Paper Hearts
Everything you need to know for this cover page, you learned in Kindergarten.
I am so inspired by this spread from @bulletjournalbymw because it takes simple concepts and makes them look sophisticated. February is written across the top of the page in large faux calligraphy lettering.
It sits above red paper and paper cutouts accented with washi tape.
#9. Cherry Blossoms
Shades of pink cover this two-page February bullet journal spread in the form of lovely cherry blossoms. “Hello February” is written in the center and surrounded by blooming branches and petals blowing in the wind. It’s a lovely spread created by @mias.bujo.life that is easy to replicate in your own bujo.
#10. Retro-Style
I’m feeling a vintage 80s vibe with this colorful and cool February cover page created by @fearlossfitness. Geometric shapes accented with bold colors and graphic washi tape give this page a retro feel.
