March Mood Tracker Ideas for Your Bullet Journal
#1. Take Note
Do you love music? Take your key from @innerpeascreates and make a music themed mood tracker! A sheet of music provides the backdrop for this “sound” way of keeping track of moods all month long.
Notes are drawn on the page for each day of the month and colored in depending on the mood. There’s a scale at the top to keep you in tune.
#2. Perfect Patterns
I really love this easy to make March mood tracker from @journalchill. The “mood tracker” header is written in a box in the center of the page along with the mood color key. Then the page was divided up into 31 interlocking geometric shapes. A new pattern is created for each day using the color for designated mood. The creative patterns include dots, stripes, leopard print and so many more - such a unique bullet journal mood tracker!
#3. Koi Moods
@Bujo_haugen presents a lovely koi fish inspired mood tracker. The mood tracker, itself, is circular and filled in using soft pastel shades. Drawn around the tracker are two koi fish. One is black and the other is white providing a yin/yang vibe to the page.
#4. Record You Moods
This 80s inspired mood tracker uses vinyl records as the trackers for each day of the month. Vibrant colors are used to fill in the happy, okay, and sad days. @Olivias.bujo created a fun yet simple to draw page. Is this something you will try for your March mood tracker?
#5. Emoji Moods
This may just be the most straightforward approach to monthly mood trackers! @B.bulletjournal uses emojis to track her moods for each day of March. Simple circles are colored in yellow and then the facial expression determines the mood of the day.
#6. Daily Growth
Plants are just about my favorite thing to draw in my bullet journal (besides my dog) so I love seeing all of these cute plant doodles being used for a March mood tracker.
There is a different potted plant for each day of the month and the plants are colored in depending on the mood of the day. Moods include happy, okay, stressed, tired, and mad/sad.
#7. Happy St. Patrick’s Day
You can celebrate St. Paddy’s Day all month long with this 4-leaf clover mood tracker. The clover is divided up into 31 spaces and moods are recorded by color. This holiday themed bullet journal tracker was created by @caylasbujo.
#8. Achieve Tea-vana
Hey tea lovers! Here’s a fun way to track your feelings all month long - create a teabag mood tracker. This is a minimalist-style bullet journal page by @art__daily_. It features tiny hand drawn teabags for each day of the month while a teacup at the bottom of the page serves as the color key.
#9. Sprig Mood Tracker
A Mason jar filled with a spring sprig acts as the mood tracker for this March bullet journal page. Leaves and buds are numbered so they can be filled in based on the mood of the day. This is a pretty page created by @bujosonia.
#10. Potted Plants
Fran_wong_writes brings us a cheerful planner to welcome spring this month. The page is created by making thirty-one pots and adding the stem and leaves to each plant.
As the month progresses, various flowers will be added to each plant to create a happy garden of potted flowers. There’s a different flower for each mood as shown on the key at the bottom of the page.
