30-Day Monthly Challenge Free Printable
Did you set goals for this year?
Perhaps you decided to try a monthly challenge.
There are so many 30-day challenges you can try such as working out, reading, or packing your lunch every day.
I love the concept of these month-long challenges because they give you a chance to adopt changes in your life to see if they make your life better.
Since they are only 30 days, it makes them smaller and more achievable. Working towards a goal every day for a month promises more success than setting a new year’s resolution.
In fact, I recently put together 52 monthly goal ideas for you to choose from.
To make tracking these challenges easier, I created a 30-day challenge FREE printable PDF for you to download.
You can get it at the end of this post.
I have added a lot of extras to this challenge printable, too!
There are doodles on the page are there to remind you that the sky is the limit and you can climb any mountain.
How to use the 30-Day Challenge Printable
Before you start the challenge, you’ll write in the name of the challenge you are doing.
Below it, there’s a space to write WHY you chose this challenge. It’s a good reminder to see your “why” every day to help propel you to achieving success.
Add your start and end dates in the space below that.
As you move through the month, color in each box as you work on your goal that day.
At the end of the challenge, you get to do a recap.
That section is found on the right-side of the page.
You’ll be able to record your thoughts on what worked, what didn’t, and then leave a 1-5 star review of the challenge you did.
Let’s say, for example, you did a 30-day wake up at 5 am challenge.
You may have struggled in the beginning because you kept hitting the snooze button on your alarm that was right next to your bed.
It wasn’t until you decided to move the alarm across the room, so that you had to get out of bed to turn it off, that you were able to get up at 5 am.
If you make note of these challenges you overcame, it will help you understand what you need to do on future challenges for success.
Finally, there is a space to write down what challenge you plan to take on next month.
What happens if you miss a day?
Missing a day happens to pretty much everyone who takes on a challenge.
After all, we’re only human and we make mistakes.
Your first reaction may be to feel like a failure and give up.
But, don’t do that!
As motivational speaker Brian Tracy says, “everything is hard before it is easy.”
If you skip a day, pick yourself up, brush yourself off…and get back to your challenge.
Ignore that you missed a day. Remember why you chose this challenge in the first place and continue on.
